many times it may be assowciated with either bottle feeding or usage of antibiotics in children.
it is important to differentiate between stuck milk inside the oral cavitye and the fungal infection that is also known as oral thrush.
meet your doctor for examination of the child and treatment

It is not have enough action or oral thrush I think it could be due to some another problem cheyyu kindly consult either your paediatrician or a paediatric dentist regarding this a proper assessment will only Ravile WhatsApp problem and they will help you withdraw proper treatment associated with that
