Shatavari powder is a good lactation supplement fenugreek capsules are also very good so first one you can take three times in the day with warm milk second you can take twice in a day with regular water or warm milk whatever suits you have plenty of fluids and good amount of proteins into your regular diet don’t lose anything healthy during this time
