A. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Supplements like irohn supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL canl be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. Diet counselling is also very important .

A. Hi mom Give freshly prepared homemade food to your baby. include ghee, dry fruits powder, banana, potatoes, rice, avocado, ragi, paneer etc in ur baby diet for weight gain. if ur baby is active and playful then no need to worry about weight much.
