Contraception of proper types you need. regularly use n not missing is important. avoid multiple dose changeWell, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this.

Its Very normal because when you are exclusively breastfeeding the child you to hormonal changes in the body a lot of women do not get their periods for about six months to 1 year also but that’s absolutely normal when you read body is ready again to means today you will get your periods
