#asktheexperts Ma'am we are vegetarian so we need to give some multivitamin supplements to kids

A. you may gv multi vitamin supplements to baby as zincovit or A to Z drops... consulting the dr... baby should have all foods fruits and veg to get essential nutrients for healthy growth and development....
