Go For rice Dal water you can go ahead with porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato you can give all kind of fruit purees to the child vegetable soups vegetable purée you can make different items out of King about and ragi this is the right time and good time to introduce a dairy products to the child buttermilk and coconut water along with good amount of water
