#asktheexperts kindly suggest a diet plan ? bcz my baby suffering gastric problem.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. there is no relation to baby having any gastric problem and mother should avoid any type of food there is no diet e problem you can take any type of traditional food prepared in the house

U can eat what all is cooked at home..
Avoid spicy, oily packed food as u are breastfeeding mother.
Gas problem is very much common in infants. Give Gastica drops to ur baby to pass out gas or apply mamaearth tummy roll on to get rid of the gas.
