Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. there is a possibility that your child is having nutritional deficiency which is causing such changes in the child so give plenty of water and seasonal fruits and vegetables and meet your doctor who will tell you whether any health supplements in the form of iron calcium vitamin D or multi vitamin is required or not

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Please see your doctor understand the reason behind and treat it. Nuts are very healthy and definitely good for babies kids. You could also make dry fruits nut powder at home and can add to all baby foods and milk. It's healthy and tasty too. Its helps in good weight gain and it's very healthy too.
