ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, to stop breastfeeding your baby, Kashvi, you should stop gradually so as to make it less stressful for you and your baby. Begin by reducing the number of feeds during the day time first and increase the amount of top food. Try to divert your baby’s attention by reading out stories, singing a lullaby or patting your child’s back. The night time feeding should be the last feeding to be stopped.
