RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl3 days agoA. D3 is of course mandatory but with folic acid or folic basically iron is only advised to be given as per doctors reference it’s not mandatory for all kids but if your doctor recommend you should definitely follow the advice of your doctor
