NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy4 years agoA. hello yes it is fine to breastfeed your baby in the lying position which is not a problem provided both you and baby are comfortable feeding the bay in the lying position and also be careful while you are breast-feeding your baby in the lying position as the nose can accidentally get pressed
