#asktheexperts is it ok to feed baby dinner after 8:30pm?

A. will recommend to finish the dinner or last meal by 8.30pm then around 10pm before bed you can give baby a cup of milk or breast feeding.. set the proper meal plan.. maintain gap between feeds at least two hrs..
