#asktheexperts Is it ok if my child doesn't drink milk at all? what substitute food can be give in place of milk

A. Dear parent, ideally your child should have at least 500 ml or more of milk every day. Milk contains calcium and protein required for child’s growth. You can also give milk in the form of recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
