#asktheexperts Is it good to give milk 2 times a day, in the morning and at night before bed. if No, what is the best time to give milk.

the maximum amount would be 400 ml per day and can give any time of the day in which the child is comfortable

Yes it is good enough but why are you giving milk only two times in the day you should give every 3 to 5 times in the day I mean at least minimum 3 to 4 times if you can manage that web Kal Milte is really very important at the growth year for the child later some kids just do not accept minutes at least try to give it 3 to 4 times in a day as of now
