Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. if you are taking the child in sunlight for at least 10 minutes between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in only minimum wearables then there is no need to give vitamin d supplement but if you are not taking then you may have to continue vitamin d beyond 1 year also
