#asktheexperts In which month the baby should be given solid food? which healthy food should be given to the baby first? any food will be easily digested?

U Can only start the food after 185 days of birth for your child but since you have not given me any other details about your child as to how old is your child when did you have your delivery so till the time I am not aware about all the details about the question I cannot assist you for that
