yes it's common during the teething phase..
give your kid chilled silicone based teething rings to chew on.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth

take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
keepher well hydrated
give her supplements as suggested by your
