Q.
#asktheexperts i was taking iron and calcium tablets but as doc saw my hawmoglobin is low she told to stop iron and calcium tablets and continue with haemoglobin . so i have not taken them (iron and calcium for about 15-20 days) is she right i am having a confusion y she told me to stop taking those or i heard something wrong plz suggest me my heamoglobin was 10

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. hi. ,ithink tgeur may be some confusion. i would advice yo take iron supplement if yih have low hb counts.. and hold taking calcium . also condume iron rich food
