That’s difficult to say sometimes these things can happen with kids without any reason also but if you have consulted all the necessary doctors which are important to be consulted for this problem and if they say there is no problem and you can relax for that matter but you need to check with your doctor only as to what it could be because without a proper test it’s very difficult to see what it could be like if you can get it into a bottle and get it examine into a lab
