you can see in ultrasound report about your weeks of pregnancy.
During pregnancy it is always advisable to have your normal routine foods and include more of sprouted grains along with green leafy vegetables and adequate water intake which helps maintain good health
Do have regular daily walking

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. When you complete your four months that means you’re 16 weeks time is over and now you are into your 16 weeks +17 three for 18th week whatever the duration of your pregnancy is so you can calculate that Way by checking on the calendar as well
