Have you been having regular cycles so far?
If not then wait for another 15 days.
If you have regular cycles then do a pregnancy test 2 weeks after last inter course

Then You should take a pregnancy test if you didn’t get your periods this time because that is only going to make it clear whether you are pregnant or not and if you’re not pregnant by any chance that you should consult your gynaecologist because that could be due to hormonal imbalance or change in the body
