#asktheexperts I have not got my periods yet. 10m pp. Is it normal?

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. in case you are a breastfeeding mom then it's very normal to have irregular periods or amenorrhea till one year.
it all happens due to hormonal fluctuations.
take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly

if you are lactating mother,then it is normal.
don't worry it regularise by own.
just take necessary precautions to avoid unwanted pregnancy.
but if you have doubt ,do the pregnancy test at home.
