#asktheexperts I have been taking Galact Granules for almost 4 months.. can I stop consuming and if I stop, will it effect my milk flow?

It Can’t because I think your body is producing more milk because of the granules you’re having see for initial six months it’s really very important to breastfeed the child if you can manage to so take it for that much time after that you can slowly shift your child to powder milk or any other milk and then gradually stop having this tablet even as the body doesn’t make it that time then it is going to be fine because you are feed your child for at least six months initially
