#asktheexperts I am mother of 1 year baby, I have leg pains in sleeping time including foot what's the reason for this and am suffering from slight headache also

A. this appears to be type of neurological pain due to either entrapment of the nerves or due to somez type of nutritional deficiency mainly vitamin b12 deficiency.. please meet your doctor because neurological examination and physical examination will be required. for pain you can takez paracetamol.

Q. Hello my son s 1 year 9 months for the past few days he s getting awake in the middle of the night like around 2a.m after that he s keep on crying continuously for no reason and not allowing to carry him .we thought it would be because of some night mare but last few days it s happening continuously and we are so stressed out because of this . Also for his age he s sleeping only 9 to 10 hrs that too only in night throughout the day he s not sleeping at all and being active whole day.
