#asktheexperts i am a mother of triplets two girls and one boy and my doubt is one of my girl baby everytime blood test her count is beliw 10 what type of food i chose to increase blood

A. hi mom to increase the hb of ur child u should give iron rich food such as apples pomegranate beet root ragi pulses milk and milk products eggs nuts etc
