#asktheexperts hungry at night....drinks around 700 to 800 ml milk at night...fed nicely during day with 4 meals...is it normal to have this quantity of milk? baby weight 13kg...baby born weight 4.5kg

A. hi weight is too good. but please get rid of this night time feeding habit. give heavy food items like rab ,sheera , etc at night time meal or give cup of warm milk before sleep time . it will help to decrease night time waking frequency.

Q. #asktheexpert my daughter is 15 months old...she does a lot of tantrums while having meals..especially during the dinner time and ends up in eating almost nothing..the same food she eats it in the day time...but I m not able to find out why doesn't she eat at night...I give her evening snacks between 4 to 5 pm..then too she doesn't feel hungry till 9...she wakes up at night feeling hungry & drinks around 700 ml milk....what might be the reason or what should I do so that she sleeps after having sufficient food
