Maam I can suggest you shampoo but that is totally chemical based and I don’t approve of it for a three month old child so if you have an option of getting the head shaved off nothing like it otherwise I’m going to recommend you to apply a mix of Kapoor and coconut oil in the head and cover the head with a shower gap that actually helps in killing them and then you clear the head by brushing it
