#asktheexperts how to train baby to sleep on her own, my daughter is 8 months old and we have tried multiple things like, no noise, dark room, white noise, control crying to put her to sleep, but she just wants to cuddle and rocked to sleep. As she is getting older and heavier it’s hard on our back to carry her and rock, walk around to put her to sleep, any suggestions on how to train would be highly appreciated?

A. You Should make your child sleep on bed straight a child is not going to sleep on its own keep the child on the bed paid the back gently make your child sleep that way slowly gradually your child will get used to it don’t keep your child in the lap it’s a good time to introduce bedtime sleeping to the child see this way the pattern is going to take a little longer time than usual but yeah that’s the only way you’ll have to go for
