ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom you have to first be firm in your decision and avoid to give in to their demands always . As once you do it would get difficult to later get them out of it .
Next is stop one feed at a time for them . And keep them full with other solids or now introduce them to animal or plant based milk as well and if required take help of family members to distract him and keep him away from you especially during feed time
