A. Hello good morning !! As the baby is 5 months old,you can make a night sleep routine by keeping dim lights,pleasant for good sleep . Engage the baby in play day time for a few minutes ,good massage ,tummy full milk ,comfort clothes help in good sleep. But feeding in between the sleep every 2-4 hours even if the baby is on sleep at a stretch is must to avoid dehydration,thirst.
