Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Ear should be only cleaned superficially very gently by an ear bud when the baby is sleeping. Do cnot try to clean deep inside by yourself as it can cause injury so consult your doctor for thatg . if the wax is impacted you can use waxiklin ear drops one drop twice a day for 7 days in ear it will help .

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good afternoon I would recommend that you should try to show to the pediatrician it is not advisable to do it on your own at home otherwise it can cause more problems to the child it is not needed
