A. you will have to go for light exercises gradually and also you have to meet a dietitian who will tell you what diet is proper according to your current lifestyle and age. simple yoga surya namaskar pranayam will also help in weight loss. regular walking will also helpx in decreasing the way as well as decreasing the tummy fat. take proper amount of cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits for adequate calorie and protein requirement drink plenty of water for cleansing the system and improving metabolism.

A. hello you can be doing abdominal exercise which will help you reduce your belly and also you can be doing other working and exercise which also is effective and you should be having a well balance food in your diet and avoid junk food in the diet
