Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. for big children it is important to increase the physical activity of the child during the daytime and also see that the child is drinking plenty of water and is having a good diet just before sleep but at the same timef the diet should be easily digestible and not very heavy diet which is causing more gas formation because that also can lead to digestion problem and that can disturb the sleep.
also it is important to look for any environmental disturbance which is affectingx the sleep like temperature variations as well as the mattress problem

Give proper dinner to the child like proper full heavy dinner to the child and about half an hour prior to the sleep time give milk to the child try to maintain a gap of at least 2 1/2 hours between dinner time and milk time and after that put your child to sleep and stop breastfeeding if you are breastfeeding this is because of breastfeeding only otherwise kids can learn to sleep properly by this
