Kids Do not laugh at this age because they do not have any vision they don’t understand anything at this age after the age of three months a child is going to gain its vision and then they will give you a social smile they will respond to sounds like clapping whistling and slowly gradually Dil you know turn onto their name also then start doing that it’s their name
