A. only way is a blood test. no amount of googling symptoms will tell you accurately. Ask your paediatrician for Vitamin D, B12, Iron, Calcium, CBC panel. Test first, then supplement only what's actually low. Random supplementing without testing is ot a good idea. you can use a supplement to fill the daily nutrition gaps
