#asktheexperts how to introduce cow milk to 1 year old baby who had diagnosed with lactose intolerance when he was 6 months old

A. Hello mom as he is diagnosed with lactose intolerance it would be ideal to avoid any milk and milk products and hence they are present in animal milk , you can instead go In for plant source milk such as soya milk. , almond or cashew milk , coconut milk etc
