A. Hello good evening !! Did you mean about weight gain in children? If so then include high protein, calcium, fibre,fat foods in regular diet. Dals (moongdal, chana dal, arhar dal, urad dal, rajma,) beans, peas, cerelac with pulses, grains, dry fruits and nuts, ghee, cheese, butter, curd, paneer, dry fruits and nuts,egg,meat, poultry helps in increasing weight.
