#asktheexperts how to get body observe nutrients from food I ate. Tough taking nutrition food , still low on most important vitamins. Kindly please provide your valuable information

A. hi mom have a variety of vegetables and fresh fruits in diet mix veg dal khichdi soup rice add nuts powder in milk paneer parathas curd rice egg or chicken or paneer roll
