Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl1 month agoA. If it is dry then you can use a nasal aspirator to clean the nose that is going to be a very safe thing to use and it would be completely safe for you to use for the child and vitamin D should be given once in the morning as per your advice
