Firstly make your own timetable which covers all type of fruits veggies, pulses. With this include liquids like juice, soups, milkshakes. By making a timetable by yourself and following it will helps In following a timing pattern and you can cover all type of vitamins and baby will get good nutrition food. There should be a four hours of gap between each solid feed and two hours of gap to give any liquid feed.
With this include kid in physical activity like cycling and walking and let him play in the sunlight for about 45 minutes in a day.
