A. For a 1 year and 3 months old child, you can give 400 to 500 ml (around 2 small cups) of milk in a day. This includes breast milk, formula, or cow’s milk if already introduced. Avoid giving too much milk as it can reduce appetite for solid foods. Focus more on offering a balanced diet with fruits, vegetables, grains, and protein-rich foods like dal, eggs, or paneer along with milk.
