Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. 4 timesit is usually considered to be normal for this age and according to the details you have mentioned ,if not associated with any other problems repetitively,you should not worry it does not require any kind of treatment or medicine
if you have any more doubt you can get examination done once by the doctor available nearby and get further guidance regarding this.

you can give three to four times meals to your child per day
please give easily digestible food like warm dal water moong water or rice starch with small quantity of spicies and ghee
you can give properly cooked rice and khichdi
please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
