RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl1 Year agoA. If you’re comfortable then all three times otherwise you can start with two times in the day and then gradually move to 3 times in the day by completing the time of week -10 days proper meals are very important so just make sure that you’re giving decent amount of food at all three times
