#asktheexperts how many meals should i plan for my 11 month old baby? how to manage milk and solid intake parallely? should vitamin D3 drops be mandatorily given daily??

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent, for 11 months old baby you can give 5 meals in a day. As 3 meals should be proper ones and rest two can be snacks or as baby likes. Just do as you we all adults also eat. There is no such problem involved. Good luck and take care
