Q.

#asktheexperts how many meals a day for 6 month and 2 weeks old? I need to join work in a week, how can we manage.

A. Hello mom , initially start with one thing at a time in small quantity and meal a day and as baby accepts well gradually increase the quantity, variety and number of meals. you can give your feed when you are at home or also pump and store your milk, 2 to 3 main meals and 1 to 2 snack times can be planned
