ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician6 months agoA. Hello parents,good morning it should be retain 2-3 days.always measure temperature in armtips only.no need of medication if temperature is below 100f.give paracetamol medicines if temoerature is above 100f.visit your pediatrician once.
