#asktheexperts how long can I go without waking my baby from sleep. she is 2months 3 weeks. she sleeps for 5 hours in the night sometimes. Thank you

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. You should not wake the baby for feeding if the baby is sleeping. Baby will wake up once he feels hungry. Make sure to feed the baby properly before putting to sleep. Also feed the baby once the baby wakes up himself. It’s ok if baby sleeps for 5 hours without taking feed. Thanks and take care
