Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. at this age the needs of the child would be only proper food and taking care of urine and stool as well as giving proper time so that the child is having proper physical activity along with play ful activity .spend more time with the child then only you will be able to appreciate the needs of the child

See The best sign that a child can give you for anything is anger and crying if your child is hungry your child is going to cry if your child is having any issue or not able to express anything your child is either going to cry or will throw tantrums become cranky and all the things that’s all you can understand that something is wrong
