Q.

#asktheexperts how can I make my kid sleep in the afternoon. he always find a reason not to sleep like hungry, thirst. please suggest how to overcome this. thank you

A. just make the child take a proper diet along with plenty of liquids further you need to contact with your doctor for a proper guidance regarding the query and the doctor will give you a proper explanation for this which needs to be followed
