#asktheexperts how can I ensure that my supply is enough for my new born n i dont have to supplement it worth formula

A. if the weight gain of the baby and pee count of the baby is fine then it means the baby is getting enough milk supply . minimum pee count throughout the day should be 8 . the baby should gain 200 grams per week for 1st 3 months and double the birth weight at the age of 6 months. keep a check on weight gain and pee count .if both the things are going well then it means the baby is getting enough milk supply
